Summary: Shows how Cuba survived a drastic drop in crude oil following the collapse of the Soviet Union in the early 1990's.  The country did not revert to the "Mad Max" scenario, health improved, and the sense of a "local community" thrived.

Comment: A good initial screening option for raising community awareness.
