As a Health Network we need to plan our growth. Growing a Health Network is a project which needs to be managed efficiently to achieve optimal health outcomes for clients and health care providers. In South East Health let's get it right from the beginning with a strategic planning process. Defining our stakeholders and resources is crucial.
